
Liam Newman of Generate Health & Fitness is a freelance personal trainer and fitness consultant from Kells, Co. Meath. He is N.C.E.F. (National Council for Exercise & Fitness) qualified through the University of Limerick and is also a qualified instructor in Kettlebells, Spin Cycle and Boxercise.
Liam is a keen triathlete and founding member and chairman of Meath's only triathlon club (swim, bike, run) Tri An Mhi. This year, he represented Ireland in the European Championships. He is a member of Dunshaughlin Athletic Club and has represented Meath in Cross Country running. He won an All Ireland Junior hurling medal with Meath in 2004 and has captained his club Gaeil Colmcille in both hurling and football. He also played rugby for a number of years with Navan RFC.
Liam works with individuals and groups and offers tailor made programmes at competitive rates for Weight Management and Recreational Running and all general fitness as well as Sports Specific fitness. He has worked with many GAA clubs as well as with the Meath Senior hurlers. He also runs a series of ladies' fitness Bootcamps.

Carmell DeMello has extensive experience in all areas of group fitness. She has taught in some of the most prestigious health clubs in the UK. She continues to teach all aspects of fitness in Ireland and is the Group Fitness Co-ordinator for the University Sports Arena, Limerick. She also works with some of the Munster Rugby Team. Carmell is a published fitness writer and writes weekly for the Nenagh Guardian.
