Taking regular, brisk, physical activity and avoiding obesity is a proven way to lower your risk of developing cancer, so why not join us on the Pink Ribbon Walk. The Walks are designed to be challenging but achievable for people of all fitness levels. As long as you put in the training, there’s no reason you can’t take part!

Your training programme

Our Pink Ribbon Personal trainers Liam Newman and Carmell DeMello  can offer great advice to help you to prepare for the Walk.

Stretches: Always begin and end your training session with stretches.

Walking for beginners: For those who have never done any serious walking before.

Running the course: For those who want to pick up the pace.

Nutrition: Simple advice on healty eating.

Health and safety

We recommend that you check with your GP before you begin any new training programme.
